I am a smaller growing form of Arthropodium cirratum, a lush looking but tough clumping perennial with sprays of small white star shaped flowers from late spring through summer. My broad lily like arching leaves are blue green in colour.
Drought tolerant and hardy I am well suited to dry shaded areas where few other plants will thrive but I will. This makes me ideal as an underplanting for large trees and shrubs.
I am an ideal choice for bordering pathways and similar areas.
I require no maintenance or pruning to maintain my lush look and good shape.
I am popular and will make you happy because...
I produce sprays of white flowers on slender stems above my strappy green foliage from spring into summer
I am ideal for dry shade and where low maintenance is desirable
I make an excellent edging plant for beside footpaths and driveways
